These Terms govern your use of Tunnelbiz QR Order System, including the website, mobile app, restaurant QR menu, kitchen display, point-of-sale and related services.

Use of the Service

You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate restaurant, ordering, menu management and payment activities. You are responsible for the accuracy of restaurant details, menu items, prices, taxes, order information and customer-facing content that you enter into the system.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Orders and Payments

Restaurants are responsible for accepting, preparing, fulfilling, cancelling and refunding customer orders according to their own operational policies and applicable law. Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors and may be subject to their terms.

Subscriptions and Plans

Paid plans, limits, features and pricing may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not abuse the service, upload illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, misuse customer data, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, network issues or third-party service issues may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tunnelbiz QR Order System is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of data, restaurant operational issues, payment processor failures or customer disputes arising from use of the service.
