You may cancel a recurring subscription according to the payment method used and the instructions shown in your account or payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund previous charges.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may depend on the payment provider, plan type, usage, billing date and applicable law. To request a refund, contact hasnan@tunnelbiz.com with your account email, invoice or transaction reference and reason for the request.
Food order refunds, cancellations or disputes between a restaurant and its customers are handled by the restaurant. Tunnelbiz QR Order System provides ordering and POS tools but does not prepare or deliver food.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or app store payment process.
