This page explains how users can request deletion of their Tunnelbiz QR Order System account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hasnan@tunnelbiz.com with the subject Account and Data Deletion Request. Include the email address or phone number used for your account and the restaurant name, if applicable.

What Will Be Deleted

When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, restaurant profile data, menu data, QR ordering session data and other personal data associated with your account where deletion is possible.

Data We May Retain

Some data may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance purposes. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the required retention period.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for security verification.
